Ken’s leadership is rooted in a results-driven approach, emphasizing financial stewardship, quality control, and workforce engagement. He plays a critical role in shaping IFS’s long-term strategies, overseeing budgets, driving profitability, and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and core values. As President, he guides cross-functional teams, fosters executive collaboration, and works closely with the Board of Directors to ensure strong governance and long-term success.

When he’s not leading the organization, Ken enjoys spending time at his mountain home in Nevada, exploring trails on his ATV, working on home improvement projects, golfing, traveling, and most of all, spending time with his wife, kids, and grandkids.
