BJ Meyer is the Director of Continuous Improvements at Industrial Finishing Services (IFS), where he has been a driving force for over 18 years. In this role, BJ leads initiatives that enhance quality, streamline production processes, and align operational performance with strategic business goals.

With a strong background in project management, quality systems, and manufacturing operations, BJ works closely with production managers and senior leadership to identify and resolve issues, implement preventative actions, and ensure consistent delivery of products and services that meet or exceed customer expectations. His expertise spans ISO standards, workflow analysis, and infrastructure development across multiple departments.

BJ is known for his decisive leadership style, deep knowledge of painting and finishing practices, and his ability to foster collaboration across all levels of the organization. He combines analytical thinking with hands-on experience to lead projects that drive long-term improvements in efficiency, safety, and profitability.

Outside the office, BJ is a devoted husband and proud father of three. He enjoys watching his sons’ hockey games, coaching his daughter’s basketball team, and volunteering as a member of the Hockey Board, Bandwagon Board and local Church. BJ also enjoys woodworking and getting outdoors for hunting, trapping and fishing outings with his kids. Whether at work or at home, BJ is committed to integrity, teamwork, and continuous growth.
